At the same time, our company has always had technical cooperation, personnel training with the famous universities, set up "Collaborative Innovation Base· with North China Electric Power University. With 1S09001:2015, 1S014001:2015, 1S045001:2018 in our management system, we have KEMA Type Test Reports for our surge arresters and CNAS Laboratory qualification of our test lab for arrester. 

Our company is one of the earliest enterprises in metal oxide surge arrester R&D and production. We are the appointed manufacturer of metal oxide surge arrester by State Machine & Electric Bureau. Through the innovation and development of many years, we have strong technology team with 118 technicians including R&D staffs, engineers and expert 

The products of surge arrester we produce for full voltage level from 0.22kv to lOOOkv. Besides of the arrester, we manufacture metal oxide resistor block, ring main unit, switchgear cabinet, prefabricated substation, distribution panel etc.. The JINGUAN brand is honored with well-known trade mark by State Administration of Industry and Commerce.

Our surge arresters are executed under IEC 60099 for abroad market. We exported our products to the countries worldwide all the year round.
